Daniel Simmons to offer keynote address at ACCA Annual Conference

ACCA announced Daniel Simmons, assistant secretary of energy efficiency and renewable energy, will offer a keynote address at the ACCA Annual Conference on March 5 in San Antonio. Assistant Secretary Simmons will then tour the trade show to meet with contractors and manufacturers to discuss federal energy efficiency programs.
